Do I need Starlink for an Apple Home installation?
No. Apple Home can be planned around your existing internet and WiFi. Starlink is a separate connectivity option; we can also assess both services for one property.
Can you help with a HomePod I already own?
Yes. Tell us the model and what you want it to do. We can plan speaker placement, Apple Home configuration and suitable accessory pairing.
Can I book the new LG Apple Home Collection now?
You can enquire about planning now. Before confirming installation, we check product availability, regional support and suitability for your door, wiring and AC system. See our LG collection guide.
Can every smart thermostat work with my villa’s AC?
Compatibility needs to be assessed. Share the existing thermostat model, photos and AC details so the wiring and control system can be reviewed before you buy hardware.
Are you an official Apple, LG or Starlink installer?
Satix is an independent installation and setup service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, LG, Schneider Electric, Starlink or SpaceX.
Where does my installation enquiry go?
The form prepares an email to orders@equipify.ae. You review and send it from your own email app. There is also a copy option if you prefer to email the details yourself.
