Do not assume a new deadbolt can directly replace a multipoint or mortise lock. The assessment must consider alignment, the frame and how the door closes.
Plan the physical installation.
The agreed scope covers the required mounting and adjustment for the compatible door. Any additional work should be identified before installation starts.
