Satix provides independent smart home installation, connectivity setup and planning services, operated by Garden Fresh General Trading LLC. Website information is general. A final quotation and agreed scope are confirmed separately before work begins.

Installation scope and suitability

Feasibility, pricing and timing depend on product availability, regional support, compatibility, property conditions, access, wiring, power and network requirements. Hardware, subscriptions, specialist works and installation services are identified in the quotation. Product planning pages do not represent an offer of stock or a confirmed UAE release date.

Hardware and provider services

Device functionality, software, internet service, account requirements, warranties and subscriptions are controlled by their providers and may change. Thermostat compatibility and smart lock fit require an assessment. Illustrative scenes on the website are examples; the final functions depend on compatible equipment and supported features.

Property permissions

Customers are responsible for obtaining required owner, landlord, building management and other permissions for access, drilling, exterior mounts, cabling or alterations to doors and AC controls.

Satix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, LG, Schneider Electric, Starlink or SpaceX. Brand names and product imagery identify the equipment discussed and do not imply a partnership.
