A considered installation.
Why businesses consider a backup connection
Offices, retail locations, hospitality operations, warehouses and temporary sites may need a second connectivity path when their primary connection is unavailable or delayed. The right design depends on the existing router, network equipment and operational requirements.
Installation and network planning
Satix can support the physical installation as well as local network planning around it. This can include equipment mounting, cable routing, router placement, network integration planning and testing.

Need smart home setup too?
Satix also plans Apple Home installations, including HomePod setup and compatible accessories. Both services can be assessed for the same property.
Apple Home does not require Starlink. We can plan a smart home around an existing internet connection and review indoor WiFi coverage separately.
Your installation questions.
Can you install equipment I already own?
Yes. Share the Starlink model and site details so mounting, access, cabling and network requirements can be assessed.
Are subscriptions included in the installation?
Satix provides independent installation and setup. Starlink hardware, subscriptions and address eligibility are separate and must be confirmed with the provider.
